Article 47. Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2017/2394

Artikel 47. Änderung der Verordnung (EU) 2017/2394

In the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 the following point is added:

Im Anhang der Verordnung (EU) 2017/2394 wird folgende Nummer angefügt:

‘29. Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2023 on harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 (Data Act) (OJ L, 2023/2854, 22.12.2023, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2023/2854/oj).’

„29. Verordnung (EU) 2023/2854 des Rates und des Europäischen Parlaments vom 13. Dezember 2023 über harmonisierte Vorschriften für einen fairen Datenzugang und eine faire Datennutzung sowie zur Änderung der Verordnung (EU) 2017/2394 und der Richtlinie (EU) 2020/1828 (Datenverordnung) (ABl.
